Windows makes it very simple to connect to your hosted desktop via RDP. You can use the built-in Remote Desktop Connection application on Windows or you can use a third-party application such as mRemoteNG.
We personally recommend using Windows RDP

Set Up

This setup guide will show you how to connect to your server using the built-in Windows Remote Desktop Connection application. Check below for a guide on how to connect using a third-party application.

First Step

Click on the Windows Start button and type in Remote Desktop Connection and click on the application.

Second Step

Enter the IP address of your server and click Connect. This was provided to you in your welcome email.

Third Step

Then enter your username and password. This was provided to you in your welcome email.

Fourth Step

Click Connect. You may get a warning about the certificate.

Fifth Step

Click Yes to accept the certificate.

Sixth Step

You are now connected to your server.
